How can I make a booking?
Must I pay straight away?
All personal reservations must be paid when you book, in the same way as when you book a flight or buy something in a shop. ???? You may cancel your room up until 4 pm on the day of your arrival.
If you want a company agreement, please contact us directly by sending us an e-mail.
How can I cancel or modify my booking?
If you have booked through a third party (e.g. www.booking.com, hotels.com etc.), all changes and cancellations must be done through them.
If you booked through our website, it is easy to cancel by simply clicking on the link in the booking confirmation that we have sent you. If you need any assistance, feel free to call us on +47 55 23 16 13 or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can find the terms and conditions for cancellations and changes in the booking confirmation we sent you. All cancellations must be made in writing.
How can I extend my stay?
Guests must be over the age of 18 to book and check in on weekdays. At weekends and on public holidays the minimum age is 25. Other guests in the travelling party may be under the minimum age limit.
Ole Bull Hotel & Apartments reserves the right to refuse access to individuals.
How can I check in?
On the day of your arrival, you will receive an e-mail with a link to a check-in page, along with other useful information. If you arrive before 5 pm, there will be a host to check you in.
If you arrive after 5 pm, we will contact you directly with check-in instructions.
How can I check out?
If the room has been paid for, you can simply leave your key in reception before 11 am and stroll out into what is perhaps the most beautiful city in the world. ????
If you need to pay, just come down to the reception before 11 am and our friendly host will assist you.
Will I receive a written confirmation of my booking?
Yes, you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail. It is important that you read it and check that everything is correct. If there is any mistake, you must contact us as soon as possible.
If you have booked through a third party (e.g. www.booking.com, hotels.com, etc.) or through a travel agent you will receive a confirmation directly from them.
During your stay
Is it possible to prepare food in the apartments?
All of the apartments have fully-equipped kitchens with an oven/hob and fridge or fridge-freezer, as well as the most important kitchen utensils.
Naturally the hotel offers free WiFi; your user name and password can be found in the information you receive after confirming your booking.
What is included in my stay?
Breakfast is not included, but you can prepare food in all of the hotel apartments. All rooms have free WiFi and cable TV, and you will find towels and bed linen in the apartment when you arrive, as well as soap and shampoo.
Your apartment will also have a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. In addition, you can use the washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room on the second floor. None of the apartments have a telephone.

In the case of guests staying for an extended period, their room will be cleaned and the bed linen will be changed once a week. Rubbish bins will be emptied three times a week.
Does the building have a lift?
Yes, the building has a lift.
Are the apartments wheelchair-friendly?
Unfortunately, our lift is too small for wheelchairs. We will be getting a new lift, but in the meantime it isn’t big enough.
Do you offer smoking rooms?
No, the whole hotel is a non-smoking area. There is a fine of NOK 3,000 for smoking in any of our hotel apartments or out in the corridors.
Are pets allowed?
If you want to bring an animal, this must be approved before your arrival. Please contact us.
